I was looking all over province of Quebec to find Spiral Stairs . I had other alternatives in Ontario but they were imported of unknown source and from the USA . The Ravenwood came as the best alternative to finish my project .

It was sufficient to provide simple drawing with height and diameter of the opening .
I received my order on time as promised . It had taken several hours to put 19- steps and railings Everything fitted perfectly well. The way they look ,it enhance our house and they are very functional to get out on our roof sundeck. Ordering from Ravenwood stairs was good decision.

Eight years ago when I was building our cottage/home, I had the stairs and railing made by Ralph Clark of Ravenwood Stairways.

Recently, a couple of stairs developed squeaks and I called Ravenwood to see if it was possible to have the squeaks fixed. Not only did Mr. Clark come out and fix the squeaks eight years after doing the job, he did so with a smile and at no charge.

That is what I call exceptional service. Thanks a lot, Ralph.

I have been in business in Southern California for 32 years. I have done business with a lot of stair company's over the years, but never have I ordered anything from another country. I Picture 006.jpg was searching for a particular item that Ravenwood happened to make.My fear was quality of the product first and foremost and secondly, what if something happens in transit.

I received my order in a timely manner and in perfect condition and a quality product. The newel was shipped in a trucker proof box of waferboard and bubble wrap.
